The bar has been in the Red Light District for an unknown time period, but at least since 1998 (the setting of GTA Liberty City Stories). The bar is in direct opposition to Luigi's Sex Club 7 and previously Paulie's Revue Bar, which is opposite Woody's Topless Bar.
