Yo-Ma's Frozen Fishy Finger Factory is a frozen-food factory located in the Red Light District, Portland, Liberty City. The factory is apart of the Yo-Ma's Frozen Fish Products group. The factory has operated in Liberty City since at least 1998 (setting of Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories), and in 2001 has vans circling Liberty City making deliveries. The factory is located next to the Chinatown/Red Light District underground train station.
