Zeroing In is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas given by Cesar Vialpando to protagonist Carl Johnson. Collect this mission at the Doherty Garage.
Note: To access this mission and the following missions, you first have to buy the Wang Cars showroom for $50,000.
Overview
Zero has developed a tracking device which notes the location of a vehicle on your wishlist based on cellphone calls made by the driver. Everytime the driver makes a call, her location appears on the radar as a red blip.
Quick Walkthrough
Follow her, and don't let her trail go cold! The easiest way to do this is from the garage, pass through the construction site. At the intersection, wait for her to pass. Once you have found her, clip the back end of her car - like you learned in Driving School - to spin her out of control. Steal the car and take it back to your garage in Doherty. Mission will then be passed.
Script
(Kendl walks in as Dwaine, Jethro, Cesar, and CJ are playing cards)
Cesar: Read 'em and weep, cabron.
CJ: Oh, shit!
Kendl: So this is it, huh, the great new business venture that's supposed to save all of our worthless lives?
CJ: Wanna get in?
Kendl: Look, I thought this was supposed to be our foot on the ladder. I thought we were going to make this place work?
CJ: Hey, it may look like we're playing card, but we actually planning.
Cesar: Don't worry sweet baby, we're about to go get our first project!
(Zero comes in)
Zero: At last, it works!
Kendl: What works?
Zero: Oh, just a simple bit of electronic wizardry and intellectual bombast that hacks into the state of the art satellite immobilization technology on board our target vehicle! Ahhh, me...
CJ: I don't what he just said, but it's on!
Zero: Yes, it on! Wait... what's on?
(outside, Zero explains his device)
Zero: Here, this gadget is set to pick up on cell phone signals. Each time she makes a call it will give you the new location. You'll have to stay close if you're going to get an updated position though.
(shows woman going towards a Uranus)
Zero: OK?
CJ: For sure. good lookin' Z.
Reward
The rewards for completing this mission are an increase in Respect and $5,000. You will also be able to customize street racing cars at the unlocked mod garage, Wheel Arch Angels. A Uranus will now show up at the Wang Cars dealership near your garage in Doherty.
