Excelsior is a razor brand advertised in Grand Theft Auto IV on Weazel, the radio, and around Liberty City. The ads parody Gillette. The Extreme 9 is named so because its heads have 9 blades. According to some posters around 24/7, they sell a pack of two heads for $18.
