Randy Pearlstein (born April 21, 1971) is an actor and voice actor who voiced Jack Howitzer in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories and Grand Theft Auto V. He has also appeared in films such as Léon: The Professional.
