Chartered Libertine Lines is a easter egg in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas and it is a sunken boat in vice city the cause of the accident is unknown.the logo of this boat is in san andreas in some missions of the game like green goo when The Truth tells you to steal green slime from a cargo train the green goo is inside a blue box that has that logo.and in Dam and Blast when Carl Johnson (cj) has to cut off the power supply of las venturas with dynamite one of the boxes outside the Sherman Reservoir is another Chartered Libertine Lines box.in Grand Theft Auto III Claude and 8-Ball have to blow up a Chartered Libertine Boat.
