The park itself is a quiet place many in Liberty come to so they may get away from city life for a while. It is situated in Staunton Island, close to [[Uptown Yardies]] and [[Yakuza]] turf, though there is little gang violence in this particular area. The park has many trees, giving it a feeling of sheltered calm. The park also has a small pond in the southern half of the park, and just north is a lavatory, where corrupt [[Liberty City Police Department|police]] officer [[Ray Machowski]] spent his final days in Liberty before fleeing the city.
