He is the brother of [[Gerald McReary|Gerald]], [[Francis McReary|Francis]], [[Patrick McReary|Patrick]] and [[Kate McReary|Kate]], and the son of [[Maureen McReary|Maureen]] and [[Mr. McReary]]. He has a drug and alcohol problem and he helped the IRA against the [[United Kingdom|British]]. He returns to [[Liberty City in GTA IV|Liberty City]] and can be killed by [[Niko Bellic]], although Niko can also kill his brother Francis.

Patrick has a drug and alcohol problem. He works alongside [[Niko Bellic]], including a bank robbery and the murder of [[Aiden O'Malley]].
