Eugene Reaper

Eugene Reaper was a Liberty City Gun Club member who was inside the Chinatown branch of the Bank of Liberty in Algonquin when it was held up by Packie and Derrick McReary, Michael Keane and Niko Bellic.

In high school, he played football and during his senior game, completing the game winning pass broke his leg in thirteen places.
