She resides in [[Acter]], [[Alderney]]. The [[LCPD in GTA IV Era|Liberty City Police Department]] believe her not to be involved in running the family, however they are suspicious of her friendship with [[Anthony Prince]]. She has been arrested on two occasions: in [[2003]] for being in possession of a controlled substance (namely cocaine) and in [[2007]] for driving while intoxicated. [[Niko Bellic]] kidnaps Gracie in the mission [[I'll Take Her...]], later in the mission; [[Diamonds Are a Girl's Best Friend]] Niko along with [[Patrick McReary]] exchange, Gracie, for the diamonds. After several days have passed, Niko may [[Random Characters|encounter her again]] on the streets of Alderney; she will send her guards to attack Niko. Gracie appeared in [[The Ballad of Gay Tony]], seen hanging out with [[Gay Tony]] and [[Luis]]. She was kidnapped and was rescued by [[Luis]] and Gay Tony in the exchange in [[Charge Island]] and they flee in speedboats.
