Their cars are low-riders ~~called 'Voodoo's~~. In the last mission for the Cubans, the Voodoo is used by Vercetti to destroy the drug fabrication plant owned by Haitians. They are dressed in purple shirts, bandanas, gray shirts and sun-glasses. After destroying their factory, they're very dangerous for ~~you~~ to be around~~, so pay attention in Little Haiti~~.
