If you fly on all of the tours at least one time, you'll get the '''Sightseer''' [[Achievements_in_GTA_IV|achivement]]. The different tours are obtainable by boarding each of the helicopters in turn. Not all will be there at the same time; you will need to return to be able to go on the others, but usually two or three at a time are available.
