Humphries

Humphries is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series who appears in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. Humphries works as an assistant to Donald Love. He is mentioned during the mission Cam-Pain, where he is serving more 'delicacies', in which the 'delicacies' are presumably cooked and ground-up body parts, since Love is a hinted cannibal.
