Officer Butts is a character in the 3D Universe who appears as a multiplayer character in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories.

Character history

Officer Butts is, in 1984, a member of the Vice City Police Department and drives a VCPD Cheetah. He is a resident of Vice City.

Trivia

Officer Butts is a parody of Ricardo Tubbs (reversing the name somewhat), one of the two main characters in Miami Vice, a show said to have been an influence on GTA Vice City Stories.
