Mikhail Faustin is dead. Not like there was any other way that could have ended. Chances are you’re in bad shape after that big gunfight, so get a bite to eat and go pick up some new body armor from the backalley gun shop- it’s $500 well spent. If you’re low on Micro Uzi ammunition you’ll want to pick up as much of that as you can buy, too, but always be sure you leave with at least $100 on hand.
Russian Revolution is Dimitri's final mission where he is supposed to give Niko payment for killing Mikhail Faustin.

When you’re ready, call up Dimitri Rascalov - or he may call you, if you delay. At any rate, he’s ready to discuss your payment, and is waiting in a warehouse down at the Navy Yard.
This mission is triggered by Niko calling Dimitri or vice versa to find out if Dimitri has Niko's payment. After this call, Niko automatically calls Jacob and informs him of the payment (and asks him for protection in case the deal goes wrong).

Do you smell herring, too? Something about this stinks to high heaven. Maybe it’s just that all the other mission markers vanished straight off your GPS when you ended that call, as did the Safehouse star. Little Jacob thinks so, to - he’ll call you in short order recommending caution. If you insist on collecting, though, he’ll meet you at the place.
Overview
Take him up on the offer. Get a vehicle and head down to the warehouse (shouldn’t be too hard to find, being the only mission marker left on your GPS). Park around back- Little Jacob is waiting by the big door.
Niko visits an abandoned warehouse in East Hook to collect the payment for Faustin's assasination. Little Jacob is there as well to protect Niko. The big door at the back of the warehouse opens, and Dimitri reveals that he is working with Niko's enemy Bulgarin, which suprises Niko because the last time they saw each other was in Eastern Europe many years ago.

Stuck In A Warehouse With A Firefight
Dimitri betrays Niko because he believes Niko stole from Bulgarin. The two men escape the warehouse leaving Niko and Jacob with dozens of Bulgarin's men. Niko, aided by Little Jacob, kills all of the men, but the police get there before Niko can give chase to Dimitri and Bulgarin. Niko and Jacob steal a car and escape the police. Niko drives Jacob to his restaurant then goes off to find Roman to tell him the bad news.

The next cutscene reveals a lot. Little Jacob says, "Sharp eyes, huh." The big door opens and Dimitri Rascalov and Rodislav Bulgarin walk up to Niko. Dimitri says that you did an awesome job executing Faustin, but he refuses to give you the cash for killing Mikhail. He says that you robbed Mr. Bulgarin and stole a lot of money from him. Rodislav and Rascolov flee the area, leaving you with many goons.

Jacob is a mortal man, and he has a tendency (as mentioned in Concrete Jungle) to rush ahead of the player. The TMP is your friend here, and if you don’t have tons of ammo for it you may be in trouble - not impossible trouble, but big trouble.
Meet Jacob at the warehouse in East Hook, Broker. He is at the back entrance.

Take cover and kill all the goons on the ground floor that you can. Also watch out for the lookout goons on the top floor. Remember to go ahead of Jacob or at least near him because he dies easily without covering fire.

Besides, you don’t have to fight them anyways. Once the goons are all dead, simply run out the door (ignore the prompt to duck behind the cop car, it’ll only slow you down)- Jacob’s car is parked right to the right of it. Pile in and drive off, preferably to the Pay ‘N Spray. Once you lose the cops either by outrunning them or by spraying the car, take Jacob back to the Homebrew Cafe and contemplate your lot.
