The TEC-9 is slightly more powerful than the Machine Pistol (What most gangs use) This can be bought at any Ammu-Nation, or found at a number of places throughout San Andreas. Your gang members get ahold of this gun after finishing a mission, in which you help Ryder steal from a household. This is a good weapon for drive-bys.
