Maybe, but isn't that why we have the standard categories (Category:Characters in GTA III) do we really need a new category for only images? Surely the screenshots can just go in the original. And do we really need a screenshot template for every category if we keep them? Also, I have concerns on character pages. :The problem with using the normal categories (instead of specific image categories) was this: When a category has more than 200 items in it, it splits it up over several pages. Unfortunately, if there were more than 200 images in a category (but only 5 articles), it would also spread the articles across several pages. So we ended up having 1 article listed on every page (because it split it by first letter), so even in a category with 5 articles we had to go several pages just to even see one of the articles. Using separate categories was the best way to fix that. However, now I believe this has changed so that articles and images are paginated separately. So having images in the normal article categories might now be a better option. I'll run this past A-Dust. | |||

Gotta make my yearly announcement that I am not dead (yet), but I have better news now. I plan on coming back and editing here again. I just wanted to alert you about an exploit in an extension which just led to one of my wikis being hacked with multiple accounts being compromised. I don't know how it was done, but the attacker admitted that he used an exploit in the "Sudo" extension that he found on 4chan. After I disabled the Sudo extension the attacks stopped and the hacker confessed that Sudo was his method. I'm trying to figure out exactly how the exploit was done so I can report it to the extension developer. | |||
