The information there doesn't have to be real, but remember that people will look at it and think it applies to you (eg they will probably call you by that name). But it's your profile, you do what you want with it. You can even turn it into a wiki page (like mine) instead of a social-networking-style profile by hitting the [[Special:ToggleUserPage|orange button]], and then you can just write whatever you want.
