It's meant to identify your comments, not be a blaring advert for your wiki. You can keep the link, but there's no need to make it that distracting. :Changes to Monaco.css are instant. However, your web browser will cache it (rather than reloading it every single time you visit a page on the wiki). Go [http://starskyandhutchgame.wikia.com/index.php?title=MediaWiki:Monaco.css&action=purge here] then [http://starskyandhutchgame.wikia.com/index.php?title=MediaWiki:Monaco.css&usemsgcache=yes&action=raw&ctype=text/css&smaxage=86400 here] and press Ctrl+F5 or Shift+F5 to do a hard refresh.
