+He notices that the [[Yakuza]] and the [[Colombian Cartel]] are always at eachother's throats. So he wants to spark a gang war between them, and to do that, he's sending you to kill the Yakuza Waka-Gashira, [[Kenji Kasen]], while pretending to be a Cartel assasin.

+To start this off, get a [[Cartel Cruiser]]. Then drive to the multi-story car park in [[Newport]]. Start going up the car park stories and you'll arrive to the top story, there, the Yakuza and Kenji will be conducting a deal with the FBI and [[Ray Machowski]]. As soon as you're in the top story, both the FBI and the Yakuza will attack you, now whack Kennji!

Then, quickly drive off the ramp at the edge of the car park, do not get out the way you came in, since Yakuza soldatos will be waiting downstairs and they will surely destroy your car, if your Cartel Cruiser is destroyed, the mission is over, you fail!
-The second mission given to [[Claude]] by [[Donald Love|Love]] is to initiate a gang war between the [[Yakuza]] and the [[Colombian Cartel]]. To do so, Love tells Claude to steal a Colombian gang car (again), drive to top of the multi-story parking lot in Newport, and kill Yakuza Waka-Gashira [[Kenji Kasen]]. Claude drives to the top of the parking structure and runs and guns down a few Yakuza soldiers, including Kenji Kasen, then drives out of Newport and ditches the car somewhere secluded. Claude is rewarded $30,000 for his services. On an interesting note, the game does not require you to complete Kenji's missions before attempting this one, ultimately cutting down Claude's story considerably.
