			My theory is that he's the antagonist of the next DLC. I believe LF Lopez is the next protagonist, and Bulgarin mentions him during Diamonds are a Girl's Best Friend as stealing 'his' diamonds. Clearly Luis and Bulgarin have a history, and maybe Luis caps him at the end of the next DLC. [[User talk: KlebitzFan\|KlebitzFan]]
