Watermark

This map has one on the upper left corner. Isn't it not in our policy to accept watermarked images? - ZS (talk) 17:55, 26 October 2011 (BST)

We'd rather use a clean image than a watermarked one. However, if this is the only version we can find, and we need to use it, then it shouldn't stop us. Given that this chap created it himself, it's his own work, so he's entitled to watermark it. If you still object, perhaps you could find another picture to represent Bullworth - doesn't have to be a map. gboyers talk 18:09, 26 October 2011 (BST)
I believe that if a watermarked image isn't sourced, the image should be removed immediately. But I did find the source so I think it could stay for now until a free image is available.--spaceeinstein 18:18, 26 October 2011 (BST)
A watermark sort of is a source, isn't it? Of course we'd rather have the image sourced normally rather than the watermark. But the more important question is: do we even have permission to use this image? I'd suggest replacing it with a screenshot until we do. gboyers talk 18:21, 26 October 2011 (BST)
