I have a good idea on how to use this unused image: We create a userbox using this image and the userbox says "This user is a Trusted User of Grand Theft Wiki". Any agreements and/or disagreements?--MrLanceVanceDance 10:35, 2 August 2011 (BST)
- Unfortunately that won't be possible. This is too similar to the staff rank images - in fact this image USED to be a staff rank image. Now that it has been superseded, this image can be deleted. Also, trusted users are not meant to be a public declaration. It is simply an internal thing so that staff know whose edits do and don't all need manually checking. We do NOT want a situation where some users are seen as better or more senior than others. When it comes to editing, anyone can do it. Staff are just normal editors, but they have extra responsibilities on top, rather than being the "best" editors or anything. If people went around claiming "I am right because I am a Trusted User" or "You can't do this because you are not a Trusted User" that would be a horrendous situation. I don't allow anyone to identify themselves as a senior, trusted or high-ranking editor. Instead, you can identify yourself as a GTA expert, an advanced user of MediaWiki, or simply as an experienced user of GTW. gboyers talk 17:51, 2 August 2011 (BST)
