Though its name would imply that it is located on Feldspar Street, the station is actually located on Union Drive West between Frankfort Avenue and Emerald Street at the borders of [[City Hall]], [[Suffolk]], and [[Castle Garden City]].  The station may have been named such to avoid confusion with the [[Emerald LTA|Emerald]] and [[Frankfort Avenue LTA|Frankfort Avenue]] stations (though why it wouldn't have simply been called Emerald West, Frankfort Avenue South, or some such other name to distinguish it from the other two stations is unknown).
