The '''Civilization Committee (CC)''' is [[Grand Theft Auto IV|Grand Theft Auto IV's]] version of the United Nations.  It is located in [[Hatton Gardens]] on the shore of the [[Humboldt River]] along [[Albany Avenue]]. The CC is heavily guarded by the LCPD and going through the gate (also known as trespassing) will result in a 4-Star [[Wanted Level in GTA IV|wanted level]]. It cannot be entered at any time by the player.
