They come in three main "looks" it seems, theres the little, fat, baldy men with black tops and gold chains (they look a bit like [[Manny Escuela]]), there's the taller, fatish, dark haired men (looks a bit like Big Pun, but a little skinnier) who are usually found with a big mustache who wear puffy coats and Puerto Rican colors and there's the younger, slim looking ones with yellow or white t-shirts with yellow/blue/red caps on or baseball jackets.
There are three main models used for Spanish Lords members — a short, fat, bald man with a black top and gold chains (looking somewhat like Manny Escuela); a taller, heavyset dark-haired man, usually with a moustache, in a puffy coat and Puerto Rican colors; and a younger, slim man with a yellow or white t-shirt, a yellow, red or blue cap, and a baseball jacket.

They have territory on all of the main islands, which makes them a very powerful gang in Liberty City. They have a high presence in their territory; you always see high numbers of them when on their turf.
In GTA Chinatown Wars, [[protagonist]] [[Huang Lee]] must defend a store from some Spanish Lords in the mission [[Store Wars]].
