	:How is a satellite dish an "industrial work"? Same goes for dams and reservoirs really - that would mainly be factories and refineries etc. But if you want a category about industrial works, why not call it "Industrial Works", instead of Public Works? I'm not saying you're wrong, just saying it still doesn't match up properly.
