I'm still not convinced that you have to be staff to do that. I agree that it needs to be done, and I agree that there are people better at it than others, and I agree that we can make it official and recognise the people that do good work. However we don't add people onto staff just because they write good text, or are good with categories. On another note, please use the "Show preview" button instead of hitting save a hundred times on the same page - you end up clogging up the history and recent changes logs.
