-Little Jacob tells Niko he has located some of [[Jimmy Pegorino]]'s men and that he is waiting in a car in [[Alderney]]. Jacob hopes Pegorino's men will take them to where Dmitri and Jimmy are hiding. Niko enters as the driver. He chases [[Dimitri Rascalov|Dimitri's]] goons to an abandoned casino in [[Westdyke]]. Once here, he tells Jacob that if he wants to help, he should find a way for them to escape after Dmitri, Jimmy and their men have been killed. Jacob agrees and leaves Niko to kill everyone.
+Get to [[Little Jacob|Jacob]] in a car in [[Koresh SQ|Koresh Square]]. Get inside. Jacob point to a mysterious car nearby; they're [[Dimitri Rascalov]]'s men. Make a U-Turn. It looks like a U-Turn is impossible, but Dimitri's men will shoot the car's tires up a bit to make this U-Turn easier. Drive after Rascalov's goons. After a few minutes, the chase will finish in Northern Alderney near [[Leftwood]]. Be careful not to send the car into flames by then or you'll fail.
-Outside the casino there are several guards armed with carbines, SMGs and shotguns. Once Niko kills all of them he can move inside. Before he does, Jacob will send a text message telling him to look at the sky for his way out. Inside there are some more guards that must be killed to proceed.
+The target vehicle drives to an abandoned casino, Dimitri's apparent hideout. A cutscene shows Niko's car sliding to the side and stopping. Niko and Jacob get out, take out their weapons and gain cover behind the car. Niko tells Jacob to go home and stay there until Niko really needs his help. Jacob runs away as fast as he can and leave Niko to clean up Dimitri Rascalov.
-Niko finds Dimitri and Jimmy deep inside the casino. He witnesses Pegorino's execution at the hands of Dmitri, who says he doesn't want to share the exploits of a victory. He chases Dimitri up a staircase out of the building. Niko kills a few goons that are at the roof. Dimitri gets into a helicopter driven by one of the surviving goons. Niko runs and grabs onto Dimitri's helicopter but he is stomped off by one of his goons. He gets into a boat and chases after Dmitri's helicopter.
+Get cover behind the trunk of the car and take out the men on the casino roof. After that, run closer to the casino and use one of the crates of salt as cover. Finish off as many goons as you can. Remember that grenades and a rocket launcher will help to get the last of them. Make sure there are no goons left standing, and then walk to the door at the front of the casino. Get cover on the right side of the door.
-When Niko gets closer to the helicopter, Little Jacob will arrive in an [[Annihilator]] helicopter. Niko must place his boat under Jacob's helicopter to be able to climb onto it. If Niko does not catch up with Jacob, he won't be able to continue the chase and the mission will be failed. If he does, Niko will take control of the Annihilator and fly after Dimitri's helicopter.
+Use an [[AK-47|assault rifle]] to take out most of the men. If there are any goons hiding, use a [[Rocket Launcher|rocket launcher]] to finish them off. Once most, if not all of them are dead, run inside and get the first aid kit on the left wall if you need it. Kill the last of the men and go to the big hole at the back left of the casino.
-During this chase, Jacob will shoot down Dmitri's chopper, while one of Dmitri's men will fire an RPG against your helicopter. Both helicopters will crashland on [[Happiness Island]], where the chase will continue on foot. Jacob will stay behind while Niko kills the remaining goons. The police might get involved, but still, Niko will chase Dmitri to the base of the [[Statue of Happiness]]. Here, Niko will execute him after exchanging a few words. Jacob will join him and tell him it's all over. "Pruit Igoe", a song from the radio, starts playing as the view goes up onto the Statue of Happiness. Credits roll.
+Dimitri will yell something to Niko and run up some stairs. Then he leaps out of the sky door. Chase him up the stairs and out onto the roof. Don't shoot Dimitri - he has infinite health at this point so you're wasting bullets. Focus only on killing the goons - some of them have a nice, bloody death.
-Afterwards, Niko will receive a few phone calls; from [[Brucie]] and [[Kate]], telling him they are sorry and offering support; and from [[Mallorie]], telling Niko that she is pregnant and that her child will have a hard future growing up without a father.
+Climb onto the roof and ambush all of the men. Once they are dead, a [[cutscene]] shows Niko jumping onto Rascalov's helicopter. An unknown worker of Dimitri's stomps on Niko's feet and he falls into a [[Jetmax|speedboat]].
+Take control of the boat and carefully chase Rascalov's helicopter until you see Jacob's [[Annihilator|military helicopter]] fly into the scene. Chase Jacob's helicopter and get under it to climb on.
+Work your way onto the helicopter and Niko will take the steering. Fly after Rascalov's helicopter but don't use the mounted miniguns like the game prompts. This is just wasting time since Rascalov's helicopter has infinite health and would dodge the bullets anyway.
+Jacob and Rascalov fire at each other's helicopter and they both explode on [[Happiness Island]] with Niko, Jacob, Dimitri, and his goons narrowly surviving.
+Chase [[Dimitri Rascalov]] around the island and kill his goons. He will stop at the back of the [[Statue of Happiness]] where you have a clear shot to kill him. He has [[Body Armor|body armor]] but he has a very weak weapon so just take your [[AK-47|AK]] or Carbine Rifle and finish off Rascalov.
+Dimitri slowly dies at the side of the Statue while muttering a few things about Niko's disloyalty before his death. Jacob notifies Niko of his death and tells Niko to "stay safe" while he is on his way home. That is the last you see of Jacob's presence in a mission.
