'''Adam Dimayev''' is a criminal based in [[Liberty City in GTA IV Era|Liberty City]] who is wanted by both the [[LCPD in GTA IV Era|Liberty City Police Department]] and the [[United Liberty Paper]], an undercover government agency, for financing terrorism in the city. [[Niko Bellic|Niko Bellic's]] contact at [[United Liberty Paper]] orders him to locate and kill Dimayev. It is worth noting however that it is not required that Dimayev be killed in order to pass the mission, the player can simply kill his guards and then walk away similar to the in game choices usually associated with Random Characters.
