I haven't even heard of this before. Please provide solid evidence in Discussion that this explosion exists.

-In updated version of GTA IV (patch 1.06 for PS3), the fireball is much bigger, there is more fire and it appears two times.
-This does not happen in the "Deal" ending because in that option, Niko kills Dimitri on Happiness Island before Luis kills Bulgarin, thus Niko's story ends first.
-However, in the "Revenge" ending, both Niko's and Luis' stories end simultaneously, and it is likley that this is indeed Bulgarin's jet exploding.
