Also, it is uncertain where Departure Time would fit if choosing Revenge, because in that ending, Timur confirms that Dimitri is dead, and since Dimitri dies earlier in the Revenge ending, Departure Time and Out of Commission must take place at roughly the same time. But since Departure Time takes place after the final mission of GTA IV in deal the same thing might apply for Revenge since after GTA IV is over Dimitri will be dead.

In "Revenge", Dimitri is killed on the Platypus, thus before Roman's wedding and earlier on that he would die in "Deal". So If Departure Time happens after Dimitri's death either way, Out of Commission and Departure Time would take place around the same time, as Bulgarin and Timur claim the heroin immidiatley after Dimitri dies.
