In [[Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories]], the '''Cholos''' are the dominant gang in the [[Little Havana]] district of [[Vice City]].

The term "Cholo" in Spanish means "Mutt", but is also Chicano slang for a "homeboy" or "gangster". This might imply that the Cholos are Mexicans or Mexican-Americans.


They are in conflict on various fronts - [[Phil Cassidy]] is fighting them for gun running dominance, while [[Marty Jay Williams]] and the [[Trailer Park Mafia]] is fighting them for dominance of nearly every other criminal activity.

They even attempt to kill [[Alberto Robina]], the father of [[Umberto]] Robina (the Cubans' Leader). In revenge, Robina decides to launch an all-out attack on the Cholos that results in the Cholos' defeat. The Cholos are completely wiped out (although they are still seen walking the streets in Little Haiti) by the time of [[Grand Theft Auto: Vice City]] after Cubans, with the help of [[Victor Vance]], win the turf war for Little Havana.
