Cedric Fotheringay is the leader of a local biker gang in [[Liberty City]]. He is briefly featured as [[Maria Latore|Maria's]] second lover, until she reveals to him that she is also seeing another man, [[Toni Cipriani]]. Wayne hits Maria, injuring her, prompting Toni to retaliate and subsequently kill Wayne in a chase. Wayne's full name is only featured on his tombstone in [[Staunton Island|Staunton Island's]] cemetery.
