|Catalina is [[Cesar Vialpando|Cesar Vialpando's]] cousin who lives in a secluded shack in the [[Fern Ridge]] area. She hates men, with the exception of her boyfriends. She meets Carl in [[Dillimore]] and the two begin rob several businesses in the countryside. The two begin a relationship, which quickly ends due Catalina's anger with Carl's obsession with getting money. She finds a new boyfriend, [[Claude]], and leaves [[State of San Andreas|San Andreas]] for [[Liberty City in GTA III Era|Liberty City]]. However, she later attempts to win Carl back through phone calls.<br>Voiced by [[Cynthia Farrell]]. Also appears in: [[Grand Theft Auto III]]. She is the main boss for the [[Red County]] missions.

|The Truth is an aging hippie who lives in [[San Fierro]] and owns a farm on the outskirts of the city. He becomes a friend of Carl Johnson when Carl steals a [[Combine Harvester|combine harvester]] and sets fire to his farm's illegal crops. The Truth also introduces Carl to [[Dwaine]], [[Jethro]] and [[Zero]], later helping Carl become friends with [[Kent Paul]] and [[Maccer]]. He later has Carl steal a [[Jetpack|jetpack]] from [[Area 69]] and a container of an unknown "green goo". |Mike Toreno is an undercover agent for an unknown government agency who becomes involved in the drugs trade, alongside [[Jizzy B.]] and [[T-Bone Mendez]]. He becomes an ally of Carl's through the drugs trade, however, Carl later attempts to kill Toreno. Despite this, Toreno employs Carl to do government-related missions and is later has Sweet released from prison.<br>Voiced by [[James Woods]]. He is the main boss for the [[Bone County]] missions.

|Wu Zi Mu, also known as '''Woozie''', is the blind leader of the Mountain Cloud Boys, a sub-sect of the [[San Fierro Triads]], who resides and owns a betting shop in [[Chinatown, San Fierro|Chinatown]], [[San Fierro]]. He meets Carl Johnson in a street race, which Carl wins. Wu Zi Mu later employs Carl to help his boss [[Ran Fa Li]] and to tackle the [[Da Nang Boys]], before pulling of a heist at the [[Mafia]] owned [[Caligula's Palace]] casino in [[Las Venturas]]. Wu Zi Mu later helps Carl to take back [[Madd Dogg|Madd Dogg's]] [[Madd Dogg's Crib|mansion]].<br>Voiced by James Yaegashi. He is the main boss for the [[Las Venturas]] missions.

|Kendl Johnson is the sister of Carl, Sweet and Brian, and the girlfriend of [[Cesar Vialpando]]. Her relationship with Cesar leads to an alliance between Carl and Cesar. She leaves Los Santos for [[Angel Pine]] after the Ballas and Los Santos Vagos take over large parts of the city. She later becomes heavily involved in Carl's business adventures, primarily his [[Doherty Garage|garage]] and the [[Four Dragons Casino]]. She later returns to Los Santos with Cesar Vialpando, who at one point told Carl that he planned on asking her to marry him.<br>Voiced by [[Yolanda Whittaker|Yo-Yo (Yolanda Whittaker)]].

|Zero is a 28-year old electronics expert and owner of the [[Zero RC]] shop in [[San Fierro]], later running the store for new owner Carl Johnson. His archenemy is [[Berkley]], owner of [[Top Fun]], with Zero employing Carl to disrupt Berkley's business and eventually forcing him to leave the city following a miniature "war game". He later provides electronic equipment for a heist at [[Caligula's Palace]], although he is later punched by Carl for putting the heist at risk from [[Las Venturas Police Department|police]] intervention.<br>Voiced by David Cross.

|Jizzy B. is the owner of the [[Jizzy's Pleasure Domes|Pleasure Domes club]] in [[Battery Point]], [[San Fierro]] and is the cities biggest pimp. He is a member of the [[Loco Syndicate]], alongside [[T-Bone Mendez]] and [[Mike Toreno]], which is involved in the manufacturing and supplying of drugs. He employs Carl to stop rivals from stealing drugs and to save Mike Toreno. However, he is later killed by Carl for supplying drugs to the [[Grove Street Families]] and to [[Los Santos]].<br>Voiced by: Charlie Murphy. He is the main boss for the [[San Fierro]] missions.

He distrusts Carl Johnson but works alongside Carl to rescue Mike Toreno. |Ran Fa Li, also known as '''Farlie''', is the leader of the Red Gecko Tony sub-sect of the [[San Fierro Triads]]. He does not speak, only grunting, although his assistant [[Su Xi Mu]] translates for him. He is [[Wu Zi Mu|Wu Zi Mu's]] superior and has Carl Johnson work for him, acting as a decoy to allow him to escape the [[Da Nang Thang]]. He later becomes co-owner of the [[Four Dragons Casino]], alongside Carl and Wu Zi Mu.<br>Voiced by: [[Hunter Platin]].
