By who? Certainly not any dictionary I've read. "Roaming" is the act of traveling without a fixed destination, while "stalking" pertains to the act of moving about stealthily or aggressively pursuing something or someone. By who? Certainly not any dictionary I've read. "Roaming" is the act of traveling without a fixed destination, while "stalking" pertains to the act of moving about stealthily or aggressively pursuing something or someone.
