:There is alot of evidence that Ray was killed by Dimitri. When Dimitri gets a new partner (Jimmy Pegorino), he kills him, so why not Ray? However, he probably ''will'' turn up somewhere. If the second DLC is like the first and runs alongside the main story then it won't be then because it has to be after the main story (correct me if I'm wrong about TLAD, I own a PS3), so I think next game. Though it's not imposible that he will be in the next DLC, just not to kill Niko (unless it's part of something that already happened in the main game)!
