It is based off of a modern [[wikipedia:BMW 7 Series|BMW 7 Series]] sedan, effectively taking over the [[Sentinel]]'s earlier role as a similarly modelled four-door sedan (the Sentinel is redesigned as a two-door sports coupe in GTA IV).

Specifically, it resembles the E65/E66 versions of the 7 series (2001-present). The front is based more on the E66 or the facelifted 7 series (2006-present), specifically the 745i. However, the car lacks the distinctive dual grille all BMW cars have. The back is somewhat based on the E65 (2001-2005) version of the 7 series. There is a slight variant on the Oracle driven by members of the [[McReary Mob]]. It is painted dark green with front and rear bumper kits and sport mesh grill, and has been "debadged", having it's badge markings removed. These versions are located in [[Steinway]], [[Dukes]].
