As for this user, you should send an email asking they speak to [[w:c:wikia:Special:Contact|Wikia]] or email tor@wikia.com to change his username. If he continues to use his existing username, you should [http://gta.wikia.com/index.php?title=Special:Blockip&wpBlockAddress=Fuckface6963&wpAnonOnly=0&wpEnableAutoblock=0&wpCreateAccount=0&wpBlockReason=Unacceptable%20username block] the user and select "Unacceptable username" from the reason list.
