PÖNS is a clothing store which appears in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. The name is a play on the slang word for pimp, ponce.
In 1984, the setting of GTA Vice City Stories, there are no visible PÖNS stores in the city yet Pony vans and Bensons bearing the company logo can be seen.
In 1998, the setting of GTA Liberty City Stories, one PÖNS store is located in Bedford Point, Staunton Island and another one is located in Chinatown, Portland Island. Unfortunately, both stores are inaccessible.
