The Phoenix is a car that had its first appearance on Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. It is a muscle car being one of the fastest cars on the game. It is easy to find one of these driving on the general streets of Vice City. On San Andreas the Phoenix is the rarest car and there is only two ways to obtain it on the game. Like most muscle cars it has a two person capacity. It is also the second fastest car on the game, after the Infernus.
