In Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Laura Shrub in 1986 is the wife of Congressman Alex Shrub. However she has moved to Alabama, and in the meantime her husband is treasoning her with a porn star, Candy Suxxx.

On the boxart for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, there is a lady that looks similar to [Laura Shrub], but younger, leaning against an Infernus. There is no way to confirm or deny this until we hear about the game's storyline or actually play it.
