Joseph DiLeo is an associate to the Pegorino Family led by James Pegorino. He is 27 years old and his nickname is 'Joe Tuna'. Luca Silvestri is an associate and close friend to Joseph DiLeo. He is a waste collector for the bag of diamonds. He also was killed by Niko in Meltdown.
