Higgins Helitours
Higgins Helitours is a Helitour-based company in Grand Theft Auto IV. It gives helitours at a price of $150. All Helitours are in the company's own Mavericks. An ad on TV can be seen explaining their advantages over taking bus tours. They "claim" a fun and safe adventure in the sky but the footage shows various helicopters crashing or landing in the sea. The name Higgins is a reference to a character in the TV show Magnum P.I.[1]

- North Algonquin
- The major bridges
If you fly on all of the tours at least one time, you'll get the Sightseer achivement. The different tours are obtainable by boarding each of the helicopters in turn. Not all will be there at the same time; you will need to return to be able to go on the others, but usually two or three at a time are available.

Ladder Bug
Throughout Liberty City there are ladders that can be used to get out of the sea. However, the two ladders at the helitour depot do not allow the player to do this, somehow, and only pedestrians are able to use it.
