One Last Thing

This mission is the final one given to you by Jimmy Pegorino. It's not technically a mission, just a cutscene. In the cutscene Niko meets up with Pegorino after killing or sparing Darko. Pegorino says that he's making a deal with Dimitri and needs Niko's help. He says he won't do it but eventually gives in. After the cutscene, he calls Roman and Kate McReary and asks them what they feel. Roman says to go with the deal and Kate says to not go with it. On the one's advice you take, they die at Roman's wedding.
