Civilization Committee

The CC (Civilization Committee) is GTA IV's version of the United Nations. The is located in Hatton Gardens on the shore of the Humboldt River. The CC is guarded by the LCPD and going through the gate (also known as trespassing) will result in a 4 star wanted level.
