Marina Sands Hotel is a hotel located in Ocean Beach, Vice City in both 1984, and 1986.

The hotel is right across from the The Ocean View Medical Foundation and the Ocean Bay Marina. Nothing specific happens in the location in GTA Vice City; however, in GTA Vice City Stories, the hotel is a choice for Phil Collins before his concert.
