Midtown Algonquin is the central region of Algonquin in Liberty City. It is bounded by Nickel Street to the north, and Garnet Street to the south. Within this region, there are ten individual districts:

• Lancet
• The Meat Quarter
• Presidents City
• Purgatory
• Star Junction
• The Triangle
• Westminster
