Express Car Service
The Express Car Service, also known as Roman's Taxi Depot, is a taxi depot located in Broker (on the intersection between Cisco Street and Iroquois Street) owned by Roman Bellic in Grand Theft Auto IV.
Description
The building may first be seen in the mission The Cousins Bellic, when the player may drive pass the depot as they leave East Hook and enter Hove Beach. The depot is gritty in appearance, with an office (seen in several cutscenes) and a garage located in the building. Taxi drivers can be seen repairing Roman's Taxi fleet in the garage.
The building is burned down by two members of the Russian Mafia who throw Molotov Cocktails in under orders of Dimitri Rascalov in the mission Roman's Sorrow. Roman opens a new taxi depot in Algonquin, although the location is not revealed, and will eventually use Cavalcades in place of Roman's Taxi as taxi vehicles. After the player obtains a high enough friendship level with Roman, Niko Bellic can call Roman for a taxi. Niko's taxi missions are unavalible after the building is burned down.
By 2009, in Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, the Depot is repaired, but it's unknown if Roman owns it. If it is still owned by Roman, this could be evidence that the Revenge ending of the game is canon.

Trivia
- Although Weazel News reports that witnesses saw two guys throwing Molotov cocktails into the depot, the Liberty City Fire Department notifies Roman that it was an electrical fire.
- It is possible to enter the Express Car Service Depot in The Ballad of Gay Tony through a glith and a cheat. To do this, the player has to spawn a motorbike in the garage door of the Express Car Service depot with a cheat code. Then the player has to get on the bike. If done correctly, the player should pass through the garage door and find themself inside the Depot. However, there is hardly anything to do in the depot. Unlike other interiors which can only be entered via a glitch, the player does not need to kill themself in order to leave the depot. To leave the depot, the player has to jump through the wooden boards. This video will show you how this works.
