Paul Kurowski is a computer artist who was the lead vehicle designer for Grand Theft Auto III and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, the lead vehicle artist for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas and as a writer for GTA III. He is also listed in the 'thanks' section of Grand Theft Auto 2.
